Wheel of Life

Concept

The Wheel of life, sometimes called Life Wheel, is an easy tool to get a graphical view of where you are now. Plot how satisfied you are in each of the areas on a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being “perfect”.

I have created an Excel-file that makes it easier. Just modify categories (if needed) and enter your values (1-10) and the graph is done. You can then either save the Excel-file under a specific name or copy and paste the graph to another document if you want to save it for later.
